Very good to come to an agreement making a deal with your old vehicle. Helpful and polite easy to get along with Only problem I had was I drove away with my new car and headed 3 miles down the road to shops and found out I didn't know how to lock the doors or boot. So I phoned the dealership up, drove back to them and was told to press key twice to lock doors and boot and set the alarm. But overall I'm very pleased with the deal

Sorry if this is long winded. Got stung by a national garage as soon as warranty was up auto gear box went, sold it and had particular preferences on a car with tight budget. Seen one at Brenwood and called, spoke to David Sutherland and arranged a test drive, rocked up, drove the car, had everything I requested, bear in mind this was not a new car, but looking to get best deal. Car was already priced fair with others, spotted lacquer peel on front and back bumpers and on wheel, David said no problem get that done for you along with new MOT with no advisories ( aye ok your garage won't be any then, me being sceptical)Paid for car. David then proceeded to inform me every step of the way as follows.Car at paint shop getting bumpers fixed, car back, wheels at wheel man getting refurbished wheels back, car on ramp pre MOT inspection ( aye ok)Car had work done. 2x wish bones 1x drop link, new discs pads front, new shoes on back new back box, 12 months MOT no advisories. OMG I was taken back by the amount of work other garages would of left. David was informing me every step and was a real gent, Topman.I picked up the car, had it over a week now and can honestly say I have never felt so confident in a second hand car sale as I do right now. This garage will be getting my services and MOT's. And when the time comes to change cars this Brenwood will be the first garage I visit.Well done

It was a surprisingly good service considering we had never bought a vehicle online before. From negotiating a part exchange to arranging for the vehicle to be delivered nearer to our home, and answering any questions we may have had, the salesman was very polite and courteous.

Generally a friendly bunch of folk at Brenwood Motors and aren't a pushy bunch either which is good to deal with. Purchasing the car was quite a simple process in all honesty. Disappointing lead time to get the car (2 weeks) but I do understand the reasoning as to why, just a pity. Water pump had failed (probably prior to me getting the car) so it had to go back for a day for them to fix it which they did. Maybe needs to have checked this before handing the car over. Those couple small negatives aside, would happily do business with them again.

I was advised that the car would be put through the workshop & checked prior to collecting, a minor fault was identified and we were advised immediately that a replacement part would delay the process slightly, this was agreed and once the part arrived the car was ready for collection. We like to ensure there is a minimum of a quarter of a tank of petrol in our used cars, and I believe the valet team put 5 litres in just before handover. They are a family business with an old dog walking around the showroom. It was a pleasant experience, they don’t pressurise you, they allow the car to sell itself to you instead of the other way around. I went to see another showroom with a SALESMAN, who wouldn’t let me get a word in until he had finished his spiel. Although the garage is an hours drive, they will come and take my car to service and update the warrantee, every year. I wouldn’t hesitate going back to them when I replace my car.
